- How does merging work?
- Summon base-tier cats for coins, then drag two cats of the same tier together to merge them into a higher tier — 15 tiers in all. Only five cats can fire at once (one per lane), so you win by merging tall, not wide.

- 40 levels across one long map, grouped into five escalating areas, with a boss every fourth level. Bosses hop between lanes to break your formation.
- Is it offline?
- Yes — Merge Cats Defender is fully offline single-player. No internet connection is needed to play.
