Delete your HeroBond account

HeroBond, published by Ghostbyte Games, lets you delete your account and its data without opening the app. Use the form below, or see the options for guest and Google sign-in players.

01 — Delete your account

Enter the username and password for your HeroBond account. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

02 — Guest & Google sign-in players

Guest accounts (no username/password you set) and Google sign-in accounts can't use the form above. To delete one of those:

  • In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account — the fastest route, and the only one for guest accounts.
  • Or email [email protected] from your account's email and we'll process the deletion manually. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you.

03 — What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

  • Your account record — username, Google link/email, and display name.
  • All progress — hero levels, XP, and stats.
  • Currencies and purchase record — gold, crystals, and season pass.
  • Loadouts and inventory.
  • Clan membership.

This is irreversible.

04 — What's retained

Store-side purchase receipts held by Google Play and RevenueCat live outside the app and are retained under their own policies — we can't delete those, and they may be required for accounting, tax, and refund purposes. Aside from those receipts, we keep data only as long as the law requires and then delete it. See the Data retention & deletion section of our privacy policy.
