Two new games, now in testing

Since HeroBond went live we’ve kept shipping. Two new games are now in closed testing on Google Play, and both are almost through to production. Here’s what they are.

Catch the Rabbit: Hide & Seek

A cozy, family-friendly hidden-object game. You slide around big, hand-illustrated scenes and tap out every rabbit hiding in them before the timer runs out. Ten themed worlds — Park, Zoo, Beach, City, Farm, Forest, Snow, Space, Ocean, Carnival — each with its own named rabbit mascot and 100+ levels in all. Play relaxed solo hunts, or race a rival in a claim mode where every rabbit you grab is one they can’t.

It’s the most approachable thing we’ve made — about spotting cleverly hidden (and occasionally tiny) rabbits, not fast reflexes. Kids can play it; so can you, on the couch. See the page →

Merge Cats Defender: TD

A merge + tower-defense hybrid. Summon cats onto a grid, drag matching ones together to merge them into stronger tiers, and let them auto-fire down five lanes to keep the horde off your wall. Fifteen cat tiers, a boss every fourth level across 40 stages, and permanent upgrades — all fully offline, no wifi required.

The twist: only five cats can fire at once, one per lane. So you don’t win by spamming units — you win by merging tall, not wide, and picking which lane to stack. See the page →

And HeroGear keeps growing

The one we keep teasing is quietly becoming the big one. HeroGear — our gear-driven action RPG where every meaningful choice is a piece of loot you can hold — is being rebuilt in Unity with high-end 3D graphics. It’s the most ambitious thing on the bench, and it’s scaling up fast. More when it’s ready to show.

Four games, one small studio, one filter: at least one of us has to want to play it tomorrow. Quick to start. Hard to put down.
